When not in his kitchen, he’s often spending time with his two young boys, Veteran friends, & border collie Scout. You can find Jen writing & exploring the best food & wine locations in America. James favorite food is currently whimsical waffles. Jen favorite wine is anything shared with friends!

I got passionate about cooking in 2016 when Jen was stationed in Hawaii in Army Aviation. You don’t need a ton of cooking experience to follow my recipes.
